Shipping destinations
We currently ship to eligible addresses in the United States. Shipping availability is confirmed after you enter your delivery address at checkout.
Order processing
Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment and address verification. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. Processing timelines for preorders or customized items are stated on the applicable product page or order confirmation.
Processing time is separate from the shipping time shown at checkout.
Shipping methods, rates, and estimated shipping times
Available shipping options depend on your delivery address and the items in your order. All rates below are in U.S. dollars.

Shipping rates apply per order. Express is US$18 in total where offered; the Standard fee is not added to the Express fee.
Express is not available for Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands. The free Standard shipping offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
For eligible ready-to-ship items sent to the contiguous United States, the usual shipping estimates are 3–7 business days for Standard and 2–5 business days for Express, after order processing. These mainland estimates do not apply to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories.
Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories can take longer than mainland delivery estimates. Transit to some territories may take several weeks. Available estimates depend on your address and the items ordered. Express estimates can sometimes be the same as Standard estimates, especially for Alaska and Hawaii; Express does not guarantee an earlier arrival or a delivery date.
Custom Product Shipping Information:
- Processing time: 7 business days.
- Standard shipping: free to other eligible U.S. addresses we currently serve, or US$10 per order to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
- The usual Standard delivery estimate for custom products is 14–20 business days after processing; remote destinations can take longer. Product-specific timelines continue to apply.
Choosing Express changes the shipping service where available; it does not shorten customization or production time.
The options, charges, and estimates displayed at checkout for your address and cart are the final shipping terms for that order.

Address changes
Please contact support@wearcozyfit.com as soon as possible if you need to request an address change. Changes are only possible before fulfillment and cannot be guaranteed.
Tracking and delivery issues
When tracking is available, it will be provided after dispatch. If tracking has not updated, a package appears delayed, or tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, contact support@wearcozyfit.com with your order number. We will review the available order and carrier information and confirm the next steps.
Shipping estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier disruptions, severe weather, peak periods, address issues, or other events outside normal operations.
Taxes
Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout.
